March 2017 | Disìo is a exponentially growing company based in Caltanissetta which is becoming a reference point in the sector. Disìo's products are born in the heart and from the heart of Sicily. Disìo (Sicilian word for "desire") was founded in 2007 by the partnership of Roberto Riccobono and Adriano Fiorino, two young but highly-experienced entrepreneurs in the field of Pastry and Gelato, sharing the passion for quality desserts. "Our goal is to create unique products, characterized by high quality and inimitable taste, through innovative research and production processes - assert the two owners of the company. This strategic goal is the result of a company philosophy based on love for tradition and passion for quality". However, several results are coming! In fact, Disìo's catalogue, starting from a Pastry products proposal, has expanded exponentially over the years. Today, the catalogue counts on 42 product lines and 385 list references, of which 280 are only dedicated to the gelato sector.
